Accommodation

The participants are expected to be housed in the hotel "Moskva" **** (located in the center of the city), hotel “Viborgskaya” *** (located not far from the centre of the city), hotel "Orbita"*** (located near the conference hall).

Moscow Hotel

Four Star hotel “Moscow” offers a warm welcome, pleasant atmosphere and convenient facilities to make your stay a memorable one

Hotel is situated 2 minutes (at the same building) to metro station "Ploschad’ Aleksandra Nevskogo”

Every room has city and international phone line, internet access, 33 channels of television (including foreign channels). The "fireplace hall" and 8th floor area have WiFi internet access.

Room rate includes buffet breakfast

For children under the age of 12 room price is 50%

Additional bed option is available for children under 16 and students

Check-out is 12:00. When you leave earlier, the price is full-day. When you leave later, it'll cost additional +50%.

Check-in time is 14:00.

Room rate includes using of safe locker.

Express registration for foreign guests costs additional 150 rub for each person (incl. 18% VAT).

Organizing Committee arranges the hotel “Moscow” through the Anders Tourist Agency. Please note that hotel payments are made during the registration, at the Conference Hall on the first day of conference, either by credit card or in cash (only Russian rubles are accepted). Please do not pay for your room at the hotel “Moscow” (your rooms are already paid by the travel agency)!

Hotel “Viborgskaya”

Hotel  “Viborgskaya” *** offers accommodation in rooms for one, two, three or four people.

In a standard room there are: telephone, TV, hair dryer, toilet, shower, all the necessary accessories.

Hotel is situated about 300 meters (7 minutes walk) to metro station "Chernaya rechka"; 15 minutes by metro to Nevsky Prospekt (city center)

Wi-Fi Internet for free in the hall on the ground floor.

Orbita Hotel

Orbita hotel is situated near the Conference hall and within 20 minutes by metro from the city center. For the guests are offered different types of rooms, internet access, café and other services. Hotel offers rooms of different categories with balconies. There are TV-set, telephone, refrigerator, bath or shower in every room. Additional bed is possible in every room. Children under 7 years without additional bed stay for free.

Check-out time is 12 p.m. (12:00). Check-in time – 14 p.m. (14:00).

All payments are made in Russian Rubles or by credit card in the hotel on arriving.
